You must be 18 or older to open an account with zero 7. Only one account per person is permitted. You must register with accurate information and be prepared to complete KYC verification at any time.
All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled. Odds may shift during live betting due to server response time. zero 7 reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds.
Minimum and maximum limits apply to all deposits and withdrawals. KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 3–15 minutes.
Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — a specified turnover must be completed first. Collecting bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Never share your password with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately. zero 7 does not sell your information to third parties.

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between zero 7 (operated at zero7.bet) and its users. Compliance with these terms is mandatory in order to use any of zero 7's services.
Zero 7 provides online Sports Betting services to users in Bangladesh and other countries. These terms are available in both English and Bengali; however, in the event of any conflict between the two, the English version shall prevail.

Each individual is permitted only one zero 7 account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be voided. Using the same device, IP address, or payment method across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or incorrect details may result in your account being closed at any time. To update your name, date of birth, or mobile number, please contact our support team and submit the required documentation.

Withdrawals may be on hold until KYC verification is complete. The verification process is generally completed within 24–48 hours.
A bet placed on zero 7 is not finalized until a confirmation is received from the system. Once confirmed, the bet cannot be cancelled or modified. If you do not receive a confirmation due to a network issue, please contact the support team.
Each market has a set minimum and maximum bet limit, clearly displayed on the bet slip. zero 7 reserves the right to adjust these limits for special events or under specific circumstances.
Odds in live betting change continuously. There may be a difference between the odds displayed when placing a bet and the odds accepted by the system. In such cases, the odds recorded in zero 7's system will be considered final.
If an event is cancelled, incomplete, or concluded outside the scheduled time, zero 7 will settle bets according to its own policy. Bets on cancelled events are generally refunded. Detailed rules apply separately for each sport.
If clearly incorrect odds are published due to a technical error or human mistake, zero 7 reserves the right to void the affected bets or re-evaluate them at the corrected odds.

Zero 7 currently supports deposits via bKash and Nagad. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a payment gateway issue, please contact support with a screenshot.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the one used for the deposit. Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–24 hours.
For security purposes, large withdrawals (above ৳50,000) may require additional verification. This process can take up to 72 hours. zero 7 reserves the right to temporarily hold any transactions deemed suspicious.
Zero 7's primary currency is the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions made in foreign currencies will be subject to conversion, with exchange rates determined by the respective payment provider.
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify. The maximum bonus amount is ৳5,000. To withdraw the bonus, a turnover of 8x the bonus amount must be completed.
Weekly reload bonuses and loyalty points are subject to separate terms, which are clearly stated with each offer. zero 7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
Please note: If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
